•Serve as the Incident and Problem Manager, coordinating with the customer, business, and technical parties to lead large scale, cross-functional troubleshooting efforts•Operate as a Performance Manager, measuring the success of outsourced IT personnel/services and cloud infrastructure supporting multiple IT Infrastructure groups, ensuring contractual obligations are satisfied, and SLA’s and KPI’s are met.•Coordinate with all levels of management, infrastructure operations teams, application development teams, and customers during project and change implementation•Manage multi-million dollar technology budget•Define, develop, and implement standard design and processes for the enterprise SQL Server environments•Lead Disaster Recovery efforts for the Microsoft Server, IIS and SQL Server environments•Manage SQL DBA team, Web Operations Infrastructure Release Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Application Release Management teams, as well as externally managed services.•Manage IIS 5, 6, and 7 environments•Troubleshoot Microsoft Server, IIS, .NET, LAN, WAN, firewall, routing, SMTP, DNS, Active Directory, and other technologies•Participate on the core Infrastructure Operations Center (Network Operations Center) planning and implementation team, creating a centralized incident management team for IT Operations•Assist in the design and implementation of Windows 2008 and IIS 7•Assess staff workloads and adjust projects and assignments as necessary•Project Management•Provide regular feedback to individual contributors
