HBS Standard 3 Technical Management at Heathrow T1, T2 & T4. Utilising my knowledge and previous HBS Standard 3 experience I supported Heathrow from a technical perspective with their project deliveries.Test Strategy standardisation for Heathrow baggage project deliveries and associated processes. After identifying an opportunity to improve Value Flow, the Test Strategy was created to provide a single definition of baggage testing. The document guides both supplier and Heathrow, setting out expectations from the start whilst providing a fully joined up approach. It covers everything from defining test phases depending on project type, through to roles, responsibilities and what these are at different phases of the project delivery.High- & Low-Level Controls technical assurance support to Heathrow Baggage Operational Assurance. On behalf of Heathrow and working with suppliers, I reviewed documents, witnessed testing, and assured the bring into use of baggage projects from a technical perspective.Development of requirements and standards for Heathrow’s Next Gen Security Programme. Supported the collection and categorisation of requirements as well as updating relevant standards, specifically the Automated Security Lane Standard.

CST provide support to the O&M teams at Heathrow, my time in this department was spent at T5 carrying out the following activities:o Breakfix Support - I supported O&M with fault finding activities to get equipment back into service ASAP.o Data Analytics - I utilised PLC monitoring tools and BHS system data to understand how systems were performing and whether there was opportunity to improve them.o Continuous Improvement - Where opportunities for improvement were found, updates would be designed, rolled out, and tested, often involving changes to hardware and PLC software. With T5 being a brand new terminal at the time, I also spent time developing and trialing 'training' & 'how to' manuals to enable new members to pick things up quickly.
