Amid growth requiring expansion of resource requirements to multiple agencies I changed our process of calculating requirements by shift to resulting in an improved operational efficiency of c30% over a 16 week period.Created a model for SKU/Scheduling balancing to for several customers through a changed delivery and product cycle for a customer to assist in improving daily volume throughput for all customers being adjusted. Lead new Customer onboarding Coordinated the uptake of £3m worth of stock from the previous supplier to assist new customer onboarding from over 20 sites to our 2 consolidated depots.
