My practice is focused on construction law and commercial litigation. I advise clients in all stages of construction from initial bid and contract negotiation through close out. I am also experienced with ODOT's step process. I represent sophisticated clients through all stages of litigation and arbitration by drafting complaints and responsive pleadings, taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to dispositive motions, participating in jury trials, and obtaining successful results on appeal, as well as participating in all aspects of the arbitration process.I am a regular contributor to Hahn Loeser's Construction Law Insights blog, which you can read at https://www.constructionlawinsights.com.
