Secondary system administrator for Department of Defense Composite Health Care System (CHCS) and Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA) which hosts 5 sites in the Northeast Region (Groton, CT; Newport, RI; Portsmouth, NH; Brunswick, ME, Ballston Spa, NY). Primary responsibilities include: Monitoring and maintenance of all system activities residing on an OpenVMS operating system, loading specialized software and change packages to the system when applicable, insure electronic transfer of clinical administrative reports to the appropriate government agencies, insure proper connectivity to external clinical interfaces (including laboratory hematology, urology, & chemistry analyzers), provide application and operational education when required.
