Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to a variety of clients in a clinical setting under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include executing programs to assist in reaching client goals, collaborating with BCBAs to create goals and programs, and tracking behavioral as well as program data.

Work with a team of clinical and academic professionals to provide supports to students grades K-12 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related diagnosis in order to prepare them for the public school and/or adult life setting. Duties include tracking behavioral data on a subset of students, supervising dismissal, and substituting for the variety of subjects on an as-needed basis.

Provide crucial support at the Michael Capuano Early Childhood Center in their AIM (Adapt, Include, Motivate) sub separate program for students in Grades K and 1 with ASD. Duties include assisting the classroom teacher in running lessons and programs, implementing ABA Therapy with the students, and tracking data accordingly to help the students reach their IEP goals.

Manage caseload of one child with auditory verbal agnosia and autism spectrum disorder. Tracks and improves behavior performance through use of Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) schedule, AAC device use, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions. Uses positive reinforcement techniques to increase measures of independence and length of students work duration from 5 minutes to 30 minutes a day. Creatively explored teaching trials that accurately reach the students intellectual abilities and fine tunes to expand learning potential.

Provide IEP support at Edith C. Baker School in the K-3 Learning Center, to help define student learning objectives and educational strategies. Applied instructional knowledge and methods to support IEP goals. Provide critical 1:1 support for multiple students, allowing them to make effective progress and meet previously unmet goals. Facilitated an organized and focused classroom, to better support the learning environment. Using positive reinforcement techniques, reduce problem behaviors, and increase opportunities for inclusion and independence.
