Cameron Process Systems manufactures skid packages for mid- and upstream applications for the oil and gas industry. Projects ranged from $2-3MM to upwards of $50MM and contained multiple pieces of equipment, each with it's own documentation requirements. Each project was a custom design, requiring a fresh look at the information to be submitted to ensure customer requirements were met.My main role was to process and route all project related drawings, calculations, procedures and other documents to vendors, customers, project team members and various discipline areas. I was responsible for producing and submitting the final data package in an approved state to the customer organization. Among others, I am very familiar with ASME Code, NDE/quality, P&IDs and other technical documentation, allowing me to evaluate the documents before submitting to the customer and inconveniencing them with error identification.I also supported the aftermarket business by researching past/ archived component documentation to provide to the Sales team or a customer in need. I am proud of closing out project documentation open items aged upwards of five years. As a result of my efforts, it was possible to do repeat business with previous customers and owed revenue was collected, making the projects financially whole.
