Recruited to manage and expand Block, Residential and Commercial Management for the Currell Group, reporting directly to the owners and the CEO. Acting as the sole point of contact for all potential new clients across all three disciplines. Personally responsible for the growth of the team from 2 to 12 members of staff across all three disciplines. Act as recruiter and supervisor of staff progression. Experienced with sourcing new office space for the expanding team. Between the start of 2012 to the end of 2014, turnover had increased by 332% and in 2015 on target to increase by a further 28.4%.Implemented new software systems across the departments with the long-term goal to create an online portal for use by clients, tenants and developers, covering all three disciplines with. Wrote the majority of the processes and procedures for each department in line with legislation covering property management, accounts and general processes and procedures. Sourced and was an integral part of the acquisition of a small block management firm in January 2013. Carried out due diligence and took and active part in the purchase. Worked alongside this acquisition to integrate it into the Currell brand thereafter. Wrote and co-designed all electronic and hardcopy marketing material. Wrote all content for the Currell website in relation to Property Management and brand strategy/promotion.Aided in any legal cases arising from each department with attendance at tribunals where necessary. Experienced in liaising with external legal teams.
