Over see the execution of projects, from initial tender through to completions. Consult with client base through out contract period. Ensure projects are resourced with materials, equipment and labour .Compile safe working procedures, method statements, for the project in hand. Meet regular with site staff to ensure all OH&S requirements are met, while also ensuring safe systems of work are being implemented. Monitoring programme to ensure timely delivery of the project. Reporting to MD with project reports, project forecast and overall current work load. The company set a precedence when it was first founded on tackling projects that were out of the ordinary ,one offs. We then developed our sports side of the business constructing all weather pitches, athletics tracks etc. before entering mainstream civils such as hard landscaping, road improvements, housing developments etc.
