I am an experienced IT Consultant with over 27 years in the IT industry. Over the last 14 years and more I have taken on Senior Project Management and Consulting roles. I regard myself as professional, conscientious and highly motivated individual who is able to work on his own initiative in order to achieve goals. Very customer focused with a keen interest in understanding customer needs and customer satisfaction. I have strong communication skills with the ability to work at all level both internally and with the customer. I am an effective team player and able to develop strong working relationships.I have extensive experience in the Financial Service industry with an in depth knowledge of Retail Banking however I have also worked in most sectors, Communications, Distribution, Industry and Public sector.In my current role I lead key areas of the transition and transformation programmes within IT Service outsource engagements. I employ IBM’s Transition and Transformation methodology and benchmarking techniques to implement CMMI/ITIL based process improvement across the clients Application Development and Maintenance organisation. I apply IBM’s leading edge capabilities such as Cloud, Dev Ops, Analytics and Mobile in solving client problems.
