Responsible for installation,maintainance,troubleshooting and repair of pressure regulating and SCADA equipment,NCUC inspections and emergency response.

Managed and directed the daily activities required to accomplish and maintain work flow and customer service. This included all crew members, equipment and supplies necessary to complete assigned task on time and within budget. Additional responsibilities included annual surveying valves, leak survey, leak repair, service installations, and facility locates.

Supervised, managed and produced detailed blue prints, layout and fabrication of sheet metal, bar stock parts, material inventory, and equipment set-up and maintenance. In addition, I worked directly with the customers on equipment and parts design, tolerance requirements, and manufacturing specifications necessary to meet the customer’s needs.

I was accountable for work performed by the lay-out department, consisting of three to five mechanics, and inspection of all parts prior to assembly. In addition, I machined parts, operated lathes and mills adhering to strict tolerances.

Responsibilities included detail of prints, cutting and/or forming parts. In addition, I assisted the welder with assembly of parts according to blue prints, performed the duties of machinist, millwright and heavy equipment operator as needed.
