I gained experience of motion control to compliment my mechanical knowledge.My strategy was to make the process enjoyable and empower the salespeople with a clear vision, provide information tha enabled the sales process to be moved forward.As a member of the management team I contributed to company policy and have had articles published in trade journals about business and product strategy. Prior to this role I was area manager for the south of the UK and an external sales engineer.
