My career has been in the automated assembly equipment, parcel and material handling industries, with primary focus on project management.Early in my career, I developed the hands-on skills of design, engineering, project schedule, cost, and change control. Through increasing project size and complexity, I have mastered the skill of directing subcontractor, contract management, stakeholder management, risk management, team leadership and team building.A Common element of my career has been developing long-term client relationships in industries as diverse as distribution, manufacturing, parcel and baggage handling. I have accomplished this through implementing a Design-Build methodology from concept development through project execution, turn-key. I also apply elements of this methodology on bid to spec projects by guiding the end users in making critical decisions therefore balancing competing requirements.
