With more than 15 years of experience working in-house and in private practice, I have advised leading corporations and private equity clients on a wide range of commercial, transactional, corporate, financing, and restructuring matters. As Vice President, Associate General Counsel of a publicly traded manufacturing company, I provide legal advice and counsel on many business operations and commercial issues. Working closely with the commercial teams, including sales, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, procurement, and logistics, I develop a deep understanding of the business operations to provide practical advice and counsel.
