Manage the Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, Events, and Facilities Departments at Terlato, which are comprised of approximately 20 team members. Negotiate major Sponsorship Agreements with professional sports teams and music festivals. • HR and Employment Law—Responsible for all Legal and HR matters related to team members, as well as creation of, and adherence to, policies and procedures.
