: Supervising trouble teens | Acting as a liaison between youth and family while working with Social Workers, Family, Local Law Enforcement to assist youths in becoming assets to society | Responsible for daily activities, recreation, preparing meals, cleaning, discipline (according to program guidelines) encouraging good hygiene, and documenting behaviors according to individual treatment plans | Administer medication (general & psychotropic) | Serve as mental, physical, and emotional support helping them to reach the goal of graduating the program
