• FORD MOTOR COMPANY: Managed a $500 Million strategic planning and cross-matrix operations project was planned in demand forecasting to reduce backorders. By consulting with procurement and transportation to achieve on-time delivery, negotiations increased inventory rates of fill in 6 months from 90% to 98%. This in turn resulted the category and brand management teams to achieve their objective 50% faster than the expected timeframe. Results: Overall, the project’s success helped reduce the supply chain’s “six sigma” budget projected for the upcoming fiscal year by $1 Million in savings.• FORD MOTOR COMPANY: Managed the analysis of a the demand forecasting system from a marketing aspect so that technology transfer and systems integration could be performed with the least amount of cost without disrupting the ability to perform a days business. This process was building the new SAP APO system for demand planning while maintaining Logility and testing both for similar output. Results: The implementation was a success, planning was done in a timely manner and budget costs are reduced by 25% by the intellectual property being implemented.• FORD MOTOR COMPANY: Systematized/Managed a $500 Million to $ 1 Billion for 3 different change management process improvements in automotive international logistics, engineering weight, and process bill of material (BOM) for optimization. A timeline and goal objectives were drawn up to reduce error within a 3-month time frame. Managers now had process flows to use; documentation was in place to deliver the new solutions.
