Certify all products meet quality requirements; ensure all. equipment is working properly; complete all required reports promptly & accurately, Inform proper personnel of any quality problems. Responsible for conducting safety meetings ensuring all company. safety regulations & policies are compliant. Monitor, recommend, implement repairs, and perform routine maintenance of equipment, buildings & grounds. Investigates abnormal operating events or equipment failures to determine cause; execute adjustments, repairs & modifications. Enforce safety procedures to ensure safety of plant employees & personnel delivering/receiving materials. Ensure safety, compliance, environmental & DOT requirements are compliant. Keep accurate DOT logs & load sheets. Ensure adequate & accurate inventory of raw materials. Including but not limited to weekly physical measurement of storage silos; aggregate stock piles; bulk admixture tanks & value-added products (i.e., fibers and bagged)

Perform daily vehicle safety inspections to ensure equipment is safe to operate. Maintain driver logs and timecards within DOT guidelines. Safely drive trucks to-and-from destinations applying knowledge of DOT driving regulations & area roads. Check loads to ensure product is transported in an appropriate & safe manner. Flexible in working overtime, weekends & holidays as required. Maintain effective communication with Dispatcher or Plant Manager as necessary regarding deliveries. Check delivery tickets for special instructions & complete as required. Develop extensive working relationships with external and internal customers to maximize monetary opportunities for Holliday Rock & to ensure customer needs are addressed.
