I practice in the areas of business law, real estate and commercial transactions. I represent local banks, companies and individuals in connection with commercial lending transactions and also represent companies and individuals in connection with business sale and purchase transactions. I serve as counsel to a number of businesses and advise them in connection with all legal issues that arise in connection with their businesses.I also practice in the field of intellectual property law and serve inventors, entrepreneurs, artists, photographers and other creative professionals, web developers and other computer professionals. My practice is located in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire but I have clients nationwide.
