I've spent my entire career in retail. More specifically in Men's clothing. I started part time in a local tuxedo shop at 16 and transitioned from that to my current employer ( Jos A Bank) in 2011. At Jos A Bank I started as a full time sales associate and quickly moved up to Asst Manager after about 6 months. As an Asst Manager I was asked to open/close the store, handle returns, keep up my benchmark selling, as well as helping train others in their benchmark selling and more. After over a year as Asst Manager I was promoted to Manager in Training where I was learning the ins and outside of becoming at store manager. There I was asked to travel from store to store to give selling presentations to various store teams as well as all of the previously mentioned tasks as Asst Manager. In 2015, after a couple years of being an MIT I was promoted to Store Manager. As a store manager I've kept a track record of good inventories and meeting sales goals, and won a store award for the top store in the region for 2018.
