I manage a team for highly skilled Enterprise Architects.

I am the owner and founder of Intredium. I started Intredium, because I believe that I can help business become better by leveraging my knowledge of business and technologies in the pursuit of solving various business problems. Having worked in many different business verticals, I have found that problems in one vertical have often already been solved by another. It is this cross vertical understanding that allows me to adapt both myself and my team to better meet the needs of my clients.

Currently I am the Practice Manager for Quilogy’s Integration team. I am responsible for guiding the direction of Quilogy’s integration ventures. I have been working to establish standard project solution templates and general sales support material. I work closely with the sales to help support BI and Integration sales engagements. I do various types of internal and external training as well as mentoring on products such as BizTalk Server, SQL Server Reporting Service, SQL Server Analysis Service, SQL Server Integration Service, MDX, and T SQL. I have a strong background in programming, data warehousing and integration solutions.

Extended and supported Ruan’s main Logistical order routing application. I did various changes and updates to include upgraded to BizTalk Server 2004, created clustered application server. I was also the primary support person when application issues arose.

I spent time in the infantry (11H) as well as time as field medic (91W).While in the infantry I was a member of the 82nd Airborne Division. I lead a section of 6 soldiers and over a million dollars worth of assets. I achieved various commendations including 2 Army Achievement Medal, the Army Commendation Medal and the Expert Infantryman Badge. I am a graduate of the US Army Ranger School, US Army Airborne School, and US Army Air Assault School. While working as a medic , I was a member of the Iowa Nation Guard. There I worked as a member of the medical evaluation team. There I conducted basic screening tests to include hearing test. I was one of only two members of the Iowa Guard that was trained to conduct certified hearing tests.
