Never able to settle for less and always striving to move forward. I’m always looking for ways to refine my craft and be better than I was yesterday. I believe in the evolution in all things especially when it comes to business and marketing; to be able to stay current and in tune with your consumers. Understand that the distance between demographics is only by a couple dozen kilometers but the clientele can change quite drastically. I think to be able to maintain success, you must tailor yourself to your surroundings, but at the same time maintain that balance with giving the consumer what they want and brand integrity. My strongest belief is that investing into your fellow associates will only yield in positive returns. Discovering their strengths and weaknesses, and utilizing their strengths to its maximums are a few ways to succeed in business. I believe in being in the front lines with your fellow associates so they know that they are with their leader; it allows them to feel confident that you will be there when they need you. Empowerment, trust, communication and clear direction are a few keys to a strong team.Because I believe in one team and one dream.
