Answering enquiries about new thatch purchases, explaining perils and risks when insuring a thatch home and how to keep them safe. I also help the team manager listen to calls for monthly assessments, help set targets, monthly quarterly and yearly.

I started life at Lloyd and Whyte in the Customer Service team, helping to put together and send out the renewals for all of our personal and commercial clients that held home insurance, travel, motor, practice insurance, locum, pressure vessels as well as am dram societies that had insurance for their group. I then moved in May 2013 to the sales team where I was able to use my sales skills learnt from previous job roles. I quickly became an important part of the team, helping to generate leads for the folks on the phones, getting them business from cold calls and also keeping hot leads hot. I then moved from this onto quoting clients over the phone and selling the policies myself. I am now part of a 5 person team, quoting clients there and then in home, motor, travel, holiday home, Noda, and Caterham and Ariel Atom/Nomad insurance. In November 2015 I passed my final exam to become Cert CII qualified and subsequently became a senior personal sales advisor.

I lead a team of 5 people, taking children and parent court cases and making sure the admin side of the reports and system work was completed. Once this was done, the social workers then had up to date files to take to court in order to advise the court of how to proceed with the proposed plans for the family.

I helped out as a temp with the 40 Commando Sick bay reception. Filing medical documents, making sure marines that needed vaccinations have the correct info present for the civilian doctor, helping to lead a hearing program for the marines that had just returned from Afghan and booking appointments when needed.
