I lead a cross-discipline team of brilliant marketers at Telstra across our Consumer, Digital, Retail, Local, Customer Management and Loyalty areas.As a marketing chapter lead, I’m involved in planning and executing our integrated communications architecture, maintaining our talent pipeline, crafting our strategic lifecycle strategy and managing our budget - ultimately maintaining our market leadership, creating customer-centric experiences and making the marketing chapter area a great place to work.Day to day I'm across both major portfolios, working on everything from a new positioning platform in home internet through to our next generation of integrated customer journeys in mobility.Prior to that I helped establish the customer lifecycle contact strategy for our award winning program, Telstra Plus.

Originally responsible for one-to-one cross-sell and acquisition campaigns for home products at Telstra, and launched Telstra Smart Home with an innovative, super personalised program.Revamped our digital marketing strategy and execution for home products across display, mobile and social, orchestrating super targeted variable creative at scale – an Australian first for our platform. Developed my leadership capability as acting team lead for 1:1 fixed marketing, managing team priorities and resourcing, leading strategy planning and providing thought leadership, while building rapport with senior stakeholders and managing recruitment.I was involved as a subject matter expert for a range of high value, strategic projects at Telstra - bringing my extensive campaign execution experience and advanced stakeholder management skills to assignments across marketing tech transformation, resourcing development and end to end customer journey mapping.

Developed (and redeveloped) Telstra's one-to-one program launching NBN across the country. Using a dynamic, super customised campaign we targeted customers with the right message, at the right time, with the right channel and creative to grow share and maintain market leadership.

I cut my professional teeth on some of the biggest programs at Australia's biggest telco. With experience in operations, products, marketing and everything in between, I developed an in depth understanding of what it takes to deliver complex products at scale.
