  Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key project stakeholders such as facility in-charges, community monitors/volunteers and other community-led monitoring (CLM) implementing partners. Support the planning, budgeting, and execution of project activities in Lusaka province, ensuring adherence to timelines, standard operating procedures, ethical consideration, and budget constraints.In consideration of approved research ethics, I have conducted over six key informant interviews with facility in-charges to profile HIV services in Lusaka Province.In collaboration with the project team members, conduct monthly recruitment and training of community monitors/volunteers to support execution of project activities in communities.Provide thought leadership by producing monthly research reports and utilizing the knowledge to advance HIV service delivery in PEPFAR funded health facilities through stakeholder engagement.In collaboration with project team members and MEL, conduct analysis and interpretation of primary data on a monthly basis. Monitor field project activities and provide technical support to community monitors/volunteers during data collection.
