As a Company Mentor, I assist in the administration of the non-academic student life, regimental and disciplinary environments for the Norwich Corps of Cadets. I mentor, instruct, and evaluate small unit (team, squad, and platoon or equivalent) leaders. Develop and implement training plans, monitor and chart Cadet's academic and disciplinary performance. I monitor all aspects of Corps and student life to ensure an environment beneficial to academic achievement and professional development, including military drill and training, Honor Code administration, Company intramurals, Cadet leader mentorship, counseling and performance evaluation.

Brigade Operations Sergeant for a 3,500 man OCONUS based Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne). Assisted in the Military Decision Making Process to include development of plans, orders, and annexes. Responsible for Tactical Operations Center to include the establishment, displacement, and operational planning. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and resourcing training all NCOES, military skills and MOS specific training courses and schools. Executed established policies and standards pertaining to performance, care, conduct, appearance and personnel management of 25 enlisted Soldiers within the BDE S-3 section.

First Sergeant of a 140 man Airborne Infantry Company. Primarily responsible for the health, welfare, morale, and discipline of three rifle platoons and one headquarters platoon. Served as the senior enlisted advisor, assisted and advised the Commander in tactical, technical, administrative and logistical matters; the senior mentor for personal and professional development. Executed and enforced established policies and standards pertaining to performance, care, conduct, appearance, and personnel management of enlisted Soldiers.

First Sergeant of a 35 man Ranger Training Brigade Company, responsible for maintaining the discipline, morale, and professionalism of 35 Ranger Instructors and over 1200 Ranger students annually. Served as the senior enlisted advisor, assisted the Commander in the planning and the execution of individual and collective tasks, and personnel management.

Platoon Sergeant of a 26 man Infantry Reconnaissance Platoon, responsible for the Platoon's health, morale, welfare, and discipline. Managed the individual, collective, and professional development of ten junior Non-Commissioned Officers. Supervised and coordinated Platoon administrative, logistical, and maintenance operations.

Department of the Army Recruiter responsible for accomplishing assigned quantitative enlistment objectives. Established and maintained close coordination with high school, college, and community officials to implement and conduct a variety of Army recruiting and awareness programs. .

Ranger Instructor in an Airborne Ranger Training Platoon. Provided tactical and technical guidance in Ranger operations to 400 Ranger students annually. Responsible for the health, welfare, morale, discipline, and combat readiness of the students. Served as the subject matter expert for the construction of the one rope bridge. Ensure the safety of the students through company sized airborne and air assault operations, platoon size waterborne movements utilizing Zodiac boats and river crossings utilizing the one rope bridge. Managed accountability and maintenance of Platoon equipment valued in excess of $50,000. Member of the units Dive Team. Responsible for clearing the river crossing sites with zero injuries or fatalities.
