• Primary functions are broken into three groups: Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Financial Analyst • Scheduling of project deliverables, tracking of milestones and progress, required tasks, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.• Assists in the identification, resolution, and documentation of client-side and internal issues.• Formulates and defines the technical scope and objectives of a project.• Prepares project status reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of project status, risks and issues.• Manages project financials including: cash cycle, cash flows, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue generation; Generating detailed notes and ledgers of multiple accounts, exclusively in Excel. Creating monthly and yearly projections of gross income and expenses. Responsible for managing operational requirements. • Manages project team providing leadership and general management guidelines for managers and assistants to follow in order to cultivate a successful business. Focusing on positive reinforcement to gain trust and loyalty. Consistently communicating with employees to maintain standard business practices and utilization of employee’s time.• Assists in the management of client signed contracts, all commercial agreements, and all project documentation.• Builds effective relationships through the usage of highly developed soft skills.• Managing customer project deliverables. Actively communicating with teams to discover how to make business better for them and the business owners. • Responsibilities included; accounting, payroll, bills & taxes, yearly projections, scheduling employees, scheduling referees, along with scheduling all league games Monday through Sunday. Setting all procedures and protocols for managers and employees to follow.

• Account Executive to Lockheed Martin Account (4 million dollar account). Dei Rossi Marketing was a niche advertising company that create company swag from embroider shirts to novelty items (pens, mugs, desk items)• Responsible for managing operational requirements, budget forecasts, providing funding execution, program evaluation, resource management, budget analysis, and cost forecast preparation.• Responsibilities included sales, marketing, & advertising to facilitate revenue. Cold calling executives and human resource employees. • Visiting Lockheed Martin sites across the nation, to create awareness of Dei Rossi as the preferred vendor for all of Lockheed’s business swag. Organizing Kiosks and other trade show events. • Create power point presentations for clients, providing them with a list of choices of what we have to offer.
