I have worked in automotive manufacturing since 2011. With an OEM for 13 years, I became well experienced with TPS, with a specialty in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement as a production team leader. I excelled at implementing a kaizen mindset that led me to a role as a kaizen projects team lead where I expanded my problem solving skill set and root cause analysis through process improvement practices, motion analysis, model change and launching new production lines. I’m currently applying my knowledge and tools to my role as an Area Leader and further developing my leadership toolbox. I’m driven to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and achieving production targets. I’m empathetic and supportive and enjoy developing team members to achieve more and make positive impacts on the floor and community.
