Participated in a 12-week summer internship program for the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission's MIS department. I did tasks such as setting up computers and Multi-Factor Authentication for new hires, removing the computers of retiring employees, replacing broken mice and keyboards, and switching out batteries for uninterrupted power supplies. I also Overhauled the computer training room, reimaging new PCs and replacing the 19 out-of-date computers. I also managed a project to change all company network printers to duplex printing to help cut the cost spent on paper. Before my internship ended, I conducted an assignment to update 61 different PCs across the company that were flagged for missing updates.
