BOH Shift Leader:I maintained the kitchen on a night to night basis. My job was to ensure the BOH staff are on task and that the final product leaving the expo line was correct. I did the scheduling for the BOH staff. I was in charge of ordering and sending in the final numbers at the end of the night.

Hourly Manager: I was MOD I'd make sure that the customers were happy and that the BOH and FOH are running on all cylinders as a team. I'd take care of customer requests and I'd help out where I was needed.
