Since a greenhand in 1999I love this business and could never see myself doing anything elseCurrently a crew lead for the last 3 years This position test everything about myself and I love it I am currently looking for work in or near the east Tennessee area I have been a greenhand for 6 months Moved up very quick in my career to a top hand , at this moment I became and I quote (( a victim of my own success )) there fore up was a top hand for many years (( 10 )) since I finally moved up to foreman it has been greatI started out in Pelham Alabama at SBS SOUTHERN BROADCAST SERVICES in 1999 I learned the laws of big boy rigging Then moved away to cell towers ( baby towers) I gradually learned more and more about the business I have made an extremely good name for myself even tho I got stuck as a top hand for many years I learned from and taught a lot if people in this industry I have met good and bad people I will always be in communications I am simply now trying to move up the chain of command it is very hard to find a company that will allow this Which takes me back to the ( victim of your own success )) it should not be this way but if you are very good at what you do no one wants you to move from that title
