Has over 23 years experience in both hand and Cad Drafting (AutoCAD and Intergraph-Microstation) as well as Electrical and Life Safety Design experience including numerous new and remodeling projects. I am responsible for the development of accurate and understandable drawing packages for projects that include: laboratory and high-tech facilities; tool hook-up design; hospitals and health care facilities; educational and commercial buildings; housing projects; libraries and museums; recreational facilities; street and parking lot lighting; grounding, fire alarm, security, telephone, data/computer inter-connections, and distribution and branch wiring systems. I am responsible for determining probable construction cost estimates for various phases of both new and remodeling construction projects. Worked as a Drafter / Designer both in the Albuquerque Office, where I was involved in Commercial, Education and Healthcare projects, and at the Intel - Rio Rancho (Fab 7, 9 and 11) site where I specialized in Electrical facility design, then Fire Alarm and Hazardous Production Materials design and protection. Performed vital Chemical Readiness testing for the Fab11.2 HPM System.
