The role within this team included:- Working directly with high level clients (Barclay's Wealth, DB, Lloyd's and BONY) and candidates within the financial sector- Maintaining a systematic and organised approach within a fast paced and high pressured environment- Managing relationships both internally and externally. Ensuring that all parties from consultants to candidates are updated on screening procedures and processes. -Keeping to often extremely tight deadlines and managing expectations.
