The role within this team included:- Working directly with high level clients (Barclay's Wealth, DB, Lloyd's and BONY) and candidates within the financial sector- Maintaining a systematic and organised approach within a fast paced and high pressured environment- Managing relationships both internally and externally. Ensuring that all parties from consultants to candidates are updated on screening procedures and processes. -Keeping to often extremely tight deadlines and managing expectations. Working efficiently and smartly so these deadlines are met-Showing excellent communication skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and on-site coordinators- Assist in training new members of the team in PES Team processes- Referencing employment, education and professional qualifications- UK and International Credit checks- Criminal Record checks- Verifying proof of right to work (PORTW) documents.- Auditing screening packs for variety of clients
