Responsible for the development and deployment of an enterprise-wide strategic marketing and sales turn-around plan. The initiative focused on integrating and aligning five independent operating units under one common business plan targeted to increase sales and reduce product duplication in the fire-rescue and EMS vehicle markets. Also led efforts to analyze, map and improve key ‘quote to order’ processes. Lead a product management team which established new products along with managing strategic pricing initiatives.

Accountable for defining, developing and executing the sales/marketing business plan, dealer development, pricing and product planning activities of a newly created manufacturing operation focused on servicing the commercial refuse, concrete-pumper and airport refueler vehicle markets. Responsibilities also included negotiating all strategic supplier long-term agreements and deploying a new web-based sales-order system.

Realigned and directed product management and marketing activities between Eaton and Dana worth $850 million in axle and brake sales in North America. Focused on product consolidation, new product development and cost reduction efforts targeted to improve the divisions’ financial performance.
