The Florida Virtual Campus was created by legislative statute and brought together The College Center for Library Automation, The Florida Center for Library Automation, The Florida Distance Learning Consortium, and the Florida Center for Advising and Academic Support under the leadership of the Innovation Institute at the University of West Florida. I work in the Research and Evaluation workgroup in the Academic Strategies division. My responsibilities include managing all surveys and focus group activity, participating in user test activities, organizational/business statistics development, research reports, and any other research, assessment, or report needs that arise. I have also served in several organizational leadership roles with past positions on CCLA's Collaborative Alliances Steering Council and on FLVC's Communications and Online Presence Strategic Initiative Team and the Website Redevelopment Team.

My duties in CCLA's R&D work group included survey design and analysis, focus groups, report writing, managing organizational statistics, and other miscellaneous research, assessment, and reporting duties.
