Determined the scope and direction of investigations to ensure compliance with government regulations, policies, standard operating procedure, and to maintain quality standards throughout the investigation process. Interviewed relevant parties, obtained sworn statements, and collected documentary evidence throughout the course of investigations resulting in final written reports and recommendation of liability.Assumed Company Command for at least three, weeklong periods. Responsible for training, discipline, combat readiness, and tactical employment. Planned and supervised the platoon’s collection, targeting, analysis and reporting while managing intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance resources.Planned, coordinated, and led tactical operations involving regular mounted and dismounted security patrols, collected intelligence, and conducted protection escorts for US and international political, diplomatic, and media missions.Chosen by Commander to secure and reside in a Taliban controlled remote Afghan village during village stability operations, providing security, training to the local police force, and civil/medical assistance with little oversight, for over three months.

Led a team of QA/QC technicians with the responsibility of collecting soil, water, and air samples in accordance with federal and state guidelines. Kept detailed records and provided reports to various oversight agencies.

Managed a treatability laboratory, designed and conducted studies for the treatment of contaminated water and soils. Prepared reports detailing effectiveness of treatments and cost/benefit analysis of treatment options.
