Creating and assortments of soups, salads and main courses to satisfied about 80 persons. Maintain a close but professional relationship with my customers thus creating a partnership where I can work closely on new ideation , creating trends and been ahead of the game.Working as a R & D Chef I had to develop and matched custom sauces and soup and menus. Listening to the customer needs and ideas and being able to create new menu is the key to a successful relationship. Worked closely with Sales and Marketing providing a strong presentation skills and consistently meeting challenge.
