CurrentResponsible for trouble shooting and resolving issues occurring with all Simplisafe products as well as account issues. Responsible for maintaining account records, logging all information and assisting in guiding new employees in company practices and policies.-Troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues-Troubleshoot and resolve all account issues-Offer high level customer service to customer satisfaction-Assist with new advisor development-Implement all personal development as per quality department-Maintain quality records and log all issues in company system
