● Served as a daily board member, overseeing 140 staff alongside 23 other board members.● Responsible for assisting the Head of Division in operations● Managed and Internalized 23 staff, supervising 11 work activities,2 work programs, and provided all administrative needs● Conducted 13 departmental meetings and weekly operational checks over 9 months to ensure standards.● Provided entrepreneurial insights to Accounting Department undergraduates, contributing to IDR 35 million in revenue, exceeding of the Department's KPI of approximately 150% from the planned target at the end of the period.

● Responsible for conducting informal monthly programs to bond also foster and improve skills of Undergraduate Accounting Students● Being the Person In Charge and conducted 3 informal monthly programs (Aksi Do Fun, AADC, Pemerataan)● Succeed in creating and conducting skills upgrading and bonding programs for approximately 200 Undergraduate Accounting Students reaching 100% on the Department's KPI at the end of the period, also achieving 4.0/5.0 satisfaction based on post event questionnaire
