- Monitor cash control on resort & doing weekly cash recons- Advertising Resort on Facebook & setting up Necessary Branding with site visits and Sport events- Keeping Resort Clean & Presentable at all Times- Staff Development- Motivating Staff & Keeping Them Inspired- Recruitment of Facilitation- Doing a monthly audit on the whole resort, to ensure that our equipment is up to standard and in working condition- Run morning daily meetings to ensure all staff understand their duties & know what is expected of them- Working out of floorplans for incoming groups- Signing off programs for incoming groups- Signing off Quotations for incoming groups - Handling clients feedback and keeping them happy- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction - Monitor Hospitality Department- Monitor Facilitation Department- Administration Work (filling all groups paperwork)- Liaison on all Sport camps (Netball is done with TUKS & Rugby is done with USN)
