NCOIC of an MTOE CID Office with an area of responsibility covering the state of New Jersey and five counties in Pennsylvania. Investigates felony offenses where there is a Department of the Army interest. Conducts criminal intelligence, protective services, logistics security and forensics support. Maintains liaisons with staff judge advocates, commanders, security forces, and civilian law enforcement agencies. Supports commanders on all matters related to felony investigations, criminal intelligence collection, crime prevention and semi covert activities. Reviews all investigative related reports. Supervises, mentors and develops five CID Special Agents.

General Crimes case agent/Forensic Science Technician/Blood Pattern Analyst/General Crimes NCOIC- Investigative team NCOIC responsible for six Soldiers who investigate felony offenses in direct support of the XVIII Airborne Corps, 82nd Airborne Division, Special Operations Command and the Fort Bragg Military community; conducts felony investigations including interview of victim, witnesses, and subjects; processes crime scenes; evaluates evidence; prepares administrative reports; testifies before courts and boards; conducts surveillance and protective services for senior military officials; executes search and apprehension warrants; maintains liaison with supported commanders, the Staff Judge Advocate, and local and federal law enforcement authorities.

Serves as the NCOIC, which is the senior enlisted advisor to the Special Agent in Charge on all enlisted matters, conducts felony criminal investigation, victim and witness interviews, and interrogates suspects; examines and processes crime scenes; identifies, collects and protects the integrity of evidence through a legal chain of custody, laboratory examinations and judicial jurisprudence; utilizes sources; prepares investigative reports; testifies in military and civilian courts; maintains liaison with Commanders, Staff Judge Advocate, US Attorneys and federal, state and local law enforcement agencies; responsible for $250,000 worth of investigative equipment
