I dedicated my entire adult life to the construction industry, beginning at the ground level in two distinct trades. Through hard work, unwavering dedication, and under the guidance of exceptional leaders, I progressively ascended to upper management positions in both fields. Recognizing the potential for entrepreneurship, I seized the opportunity to establish my own general contracting company.After successfully running the company for several years, I identified an unexplored path in the industry – the realm of fire protection. Motivated by the prospect of innovation and excitement in this new field, I decided to chart new territory and become a trailblazer in the dynamic field of fire protection. This venture represents my commitment to exploring new horizons and making a significant impact in the construction industry.My philosophy:Everyone deserves a safe environment to work and live. Coming up in construction, I've witnessed horrific accidents that could have been avoided had safety been prioritized over production. These experiences motivated me to build a company that specializes in lowering the risk of fire hazard and improving overall building quality, protecting and increasing value for investors and occupants - and, very importantly, keeping the workers who build them safe. In 2016-2020, local fire departments responded to an estimated average of 4,300 fires in structures under construction per year. These fires caused an average of five civilian deaths, 62 civilian injuries, and $376 million in direct property damage annually. My mission:ProCo Coatings specializes in Class A fire penetrants for all wood surfaces to prevent flame and smoke spread from the original ignition source during pre and post building construction.
