Working with the CEO, CFO and Director of Digital and Marketing to automate reporting and deliver key analytics projects. Creating dashboards and ad-hoc analysis as well as collaborating with Operations project managers to improve the way we collect data and share insights. I manage and train a team of data analysts that help with some of the reports and automations. Website traffic reporting, board reporting, sales analysis, players acquisition, retention and reactivation, problem gamblers reports, marketing mix modelling, sales forecasts, and predictive models

Worked with the Head of Audience Data creating dashboards in Data Studio, Google Analytics and Excel to monitor the performance of the company’s websites traffic, mobile app and subscriber’s population. Produced regular weekly reports with insights and suggestions for board meetings. Supported marketing managers with insights on marketing campaigns, Salesforce emails analysis, subscriber’s acquisition and retention, churn analysis. Created automated processes to produce reports using VBA and Google Sheets (pulling GA data with scheduled queries).

Supported a Business Science Director of the Global team in delivering to clients Econometrics Models for optimization of their marketing strategies. By combining various datasets (including: marketing budgets and spend allocations of every channel used for advertising, digital performance metrics from several platforms, market trends, and competitive data) we built Econometrics Models to investigate which advertising channels and strategies had the best potential to maximize subscriptions or awareness to the brand. I managed two junior Econometricians, splitting the workload to meet deadlines.

: Support the Data Strategy Director on data management and reporting related projects for several large clients of PhD Media. Design data visualization dashboards, investigate the return on investment of advertisement campaigns, evaluate the performance of marketing strategies and provide useful insights to clients. Testing and implementing more efficient ways of data processing and data storage, advising Directors on new technologies and potential improvements.

Working with the Group’s Reward Director to administer Executives’ remuneration; The top 900 employees, located in different countries globally and employed by different Business Units.During my stay there were several changes in the remuneration policy for Executive Directors, I modelled various scenarios and forecasted budgets to provide a fair rebalance of value for Executives under the guidance of the Group Reward Director, Human Resources Director and Chief Legal Officer.
