•Manage and lead a team of eight, based in London and overseas offices, accountable for all office services within the sites including the UK, USA, Hong Kong, Dubai and Spain •Property Management including the establishment and maintenance of relationships with property managers and suppliers e.g. landlords/building managers and office move/design consultants •Responsible for overall management, negotiations and maintenance of all Global Lease agreements and supplier contracts•Ensure all Security, Health and Safety policies are continually developed, implemented and enforced encompassing compliance for all relevant legislation, whilst ensuring a safe working environment for all FTSE staff globally at all times•Develop and maintain ‘good corporation’ practices relevant to the facilities management role, including the setting and targeting of team objectives, SLA’s and KPI’s, and driving business transparency by issuing daily, weekly and monthly performance trackers•Managing, planning and co-coordinating all Global office moves and relocation projects, including management of all third party teams including Design & Build, M & E and sub-contractors •Accountable for the Office Services budget, ensuring that year on year organizational growth plans are fiscally forecast and supported within the facilities budget for consistent growth alignment •Support the development of companywide Business Continuity plans for all FTSE offices

Key Responsibilities• Manage in-house facilities, fitness for purpose, cleanliness and hygiene and supply for all essential services within Head Office 100,400 sq.ft over 2 floors• Plan, implement and deliver significant varying scales of re-structure projects on-time, within budget and within specification and brief whilst liaising with my internal team, external architects, building and M&E contractors, CDM and cost consultants• Working within a capital expenditure budget of £80k p.a and annually tendering all facilities contracts whilst overseeing a £8m p.a budget across all MTV Networks• Responsible for ensuring all Ergonomic, Fire safety, Health & Safety and C.O.S.H.H assessments are carried out within stringent guidelines and presenting monthly written status reports to Directors and discussing outstanding operational requirements• Primary liaison with Key Internal Stakeholders to establish and prioritise business critical projects and agree process, timelines and methodology; delivering all reports and plans using Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook and PDF files as required• Establishing and maintaining excellent internal and external working relationships with both clients and suppliers

Identified the need for relocation based on a 10 year growth plan proposal. Researched and proposed suitable locations, submitting weekly written reports to the Board of Directors. Ultimately prepared relocation budget and fit-out of new premises within £1.5m proposed expenditureControl Risks Holding Ltd - Successfully implemented the large scale office move to new location based on my agreed proposal. Chaired weekly relocation committee meetings to allow the smooth transition of 320 employees over a one weekend deadline
