Group Facilities Manager
Current•Manage and lead a team of eight, based in London and overseas offices, accountable for all office services within the sites including the UK, USA, Hong Kong, Dubai and Spain •Property Management including the establishment and maintenance of relationships with property managers and suppliers e.g. landlords/building managers and office move/design consultants •Responsible for overall management, negotiations and maintenance of all Global Lease agreements and supplier contracts•Ensure all Security, Health and Safety policies are continually developed, implemented and enforced encompassing compliance for all relevant legislation, whilst ensuring a safe working environment for all FTSE staff globally at all times•Develop and maintain ‘good corporation’ practices relevant to the facilities management role, including the setting and targeting of team objectives, SLA’s and KPI’s, and driving business transparency by issuing daily, weekly and monthly performance trackers•Managing, planning and co-coordinating all Global office moves and relocation projects, including management of all third party teams including Design & Build, M & E and sub-contractors •Accountable for the Office Services budget, ensuring that year on year organizational growth plans are fiscally forecast and supported within the facilities budget for consistent growth alignment •Support the development of companywide Business Continuity plans for all FTSE offices
