CurrentMichael Pullos concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on antitrust matters. Mr. Pullos has experience representing clients in litigation across the country and government investigations involving a wide range of antitrust and competition issues, including price fixing, market allocation, group boycotts, monopolization, exclusive dealing, tying, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Pullos also represents companies in Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and state antitrust inquiries, including merger and conduct investigations. Mr. Pullos routinely assists companies in mitigating risk by counseling on a variety of antitrust issues, including compliance with the Sherman Act and Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.
