• Ensure all extrusion lines are operating safely and efficiently.
• Preform preventive maintenance on all equipment on the line: water tanks, belt and tire pullers, rotary and chop saws, bellers (PEM equipment)
• Install/repair plumbing systems using Ridgid 535 for black/galvanized pipe as well as running/bending copper and stainless tubing.
• Install/troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic hoses, valves and pumps.
• Maintain water chillers and air compressors (Trane, Sullair, Sullivan Palatek)
• Fabricate/modify equipment and machinery using MIG and Stick welding.

• Maintain/ Repair Mori Seiki and Turnmaster Lathes
• Take advantage of downtime by preforming PM's and any issues on machines and equipment.
• Work on plumbing for water/hydraulic systems utilizing Ridgid 535 pipe threader.
• Install/rebuild centrifugal pumps(seals, gaskets)
• Run EMT conduit (1/2”-1”) for new and existing service.
• Work with/on 120v and 480v power.

• Troubleshoot food systems when they breakdown
• Work on hydraulic systems valves, hoses and pumps.
• Rebuilt/Install airlocks, 3 phase motors, material shakers, bagging machines.
• Minimal fabrication welding (MIG/Stick)
• Perform basic PM's on compressors (Atlas Copco)
• Perform basic maintenance on shop forklifts

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools, power tools, and reassemble equipment
• Install/replace/repair chains, belts, pulleys, bearing/bearing housings, couplings.
• Install/replace hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
• Repair and replace damaged hydraulic/coolant lines using Parker hose crimper.
• Perform PM's on all punch presses when downtime is present.
• Preform basic maintenance on forklifts.

Installed, replaced, and troubleshoot commercial grade doors for warehouses and commercial businesses.

Cleaned or lubricated shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery.Coolant change and clean out on all machines when needed.Maintained way lube/hydraulic oil on machines daily and filed amount used in data logs.Changed out oil/filters on machine hydraulic units.Performed PM's on lathes and mills when needed or given the opportunity.Help assist.
