Lead weekly meeting to address plant issues and part development for headliners and hard trim on 2023 GMC Canyon, 2023 Chevrolet Colorado, 2023 Chevrolet Traverse and 2023 Buick Enclave. Worked with vehicle plant and red X team to root cause and solve fitment, durability, ergonomic, BSR and vehicle launch issues. Wrote engineering work orders to apply both temporary and permanent corrective actions once root cause was identified. Performed as a regional engineer (AE) to root cause and assist a counterpart in China on running North American testing, build events and working with local suppliers for 2024 Chevrolet Traverse and 2025 Buick Enclave.
