Michael R. Stern, Esq. has retired from the practice of law due to the fact that character and integrity are no longer respected qualities of the legal profession. The Matter of Giuliani remained unresolved for over two years after the emergency suspension. (See, 197 A.D.3d 1, 2021). Frivolous election fraud litigation, under the guise of Due Process has become the norm and condoned by the silence of the Bar (until late in 2024). SCOTUS doesn't follow the ethical guidelines for all other Federal Courts and caters to false historical narratives, thus diminishing its legitimacy. As of July 4, 2024 Giuliani was stricken from the roles of attorneys at law, unfortunately the damage has been done as evidenced by SCOTUS further misinterpretation of the Constitution, the 14th amendment disqualification, presidential immunity and respecting the scientific method involved in agency decision making.
