- Manage 140 account relationships for automotive inventory and business intelligence software, generating more than $2M in annual revenue and adding more than $500K in harvest and upsell opportunities over 9 year period.
- Contributed to winning team during internal innovation competition, developing best product innovation idea to enhance usability.
- Collaborate with clients’ technical teams, including software engineers and developers and tech support for troubleshooting and customer support.
- Conduct up to 15 weekly webinars and 15-20 weekly onsite meetings to train clients, tailoring content to client needs and developing additional upsell opportunities
