• Engineered end to end a GUI application to facilitate creation of complex knowledge base articles. Built on Oracle JET, it utilizes jQuery, jQueryUI, knockout, lazyjs, and requirejs. Backend built on Java and Oracle ATP. Application is deployed via kubernetes and docker to the Oracle Cloud (OCI).• Spearheaded pilot program for support portal chat program using Oracle Digital Assistants in OCI. Main chatbot application built using yaml descriptor while extended functionality built using oda-bots-sdk written in NodeJS.• Created applications written in React using the Redux library to convert monolithic frontend code to scalable microfrontend applications. Utilized Axios, Apollo Client and Formik libraries for the front end to communicate with graphQL/Apollo based back end running on nodeJS with Express.• Wrote browser extension using TinyMCE as a base rich text editor edition along with TinyMCE plugin that would check for Personal/Confidential information in content intended for the knowledgebase. Using jQuery, oAuth2, and ES6 javascript, the plugin reduces the likelihood of exposing sensitive information outside of the company• Lead project to allow knowledgebase snippets to become available to Google search results. Written in PL/SQL, it generates HTML stub documents with SEO metadata to allow search engines to find relevant content within our knowledgebase outside of the paywall• Created automation scripts that facilitated automated data loads. Written in PHP using MS Graph SDK, the script would automatically query an exchange mailbox, download any relevant attachments on the emails, and load the attachments into various schemas in an Oracle Database.
